  • Purchase Policy All prices are net – subject to stock – on 750 mL bottles unless otherwise indicated. All orders are subject to our acceptance and we reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. Wine may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. By placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and that the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old. You may be required to show identification proving that you are at least 21 years old at the time of delivery. If the wine is returned to us for failure to provide positive proof of age, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping charges. All sales are final.


  • Shipping & Delivery
  • The Following States Prohibit Wine Shipping Alabama Arkansas Delaware Kentucky Maine Maryland Massachusetts Mississippi Montana New Jersey Oklahoma Pennsylvania South Dakota Utah. We cannot ship wine or items that include wine to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Buyer will pay all shipping and handling charges. We are not responsible for any damage or deterioration from shipment by common carrier. We do not ship on weekends and major holidays. Additionally, under extreme weather conditions, we reserve the right to delay the release of shipments to ensure product quality. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
